Tour two redknot homes at cincinnati magazine’s 2026 luxe living home tour

Two Redknot homes. Eight extraordinary stops.

Three weekends to explore Northern Kentucky home design.

This fall, Cincinnati Magazine is opening the doors to eight distinctive homes across Northern Kentucky for the Luxe Living Home Tour, and we’re excited to have two Redknot Homes at Pottebaum Point included in the tour.

Taking place over three weekends in September and October, Luxe Living is a free, self-guided home tour featuring homes throughout Dayton, Newport, Southgate, Ft. Mitchell, and Union, Kentucky. Visitors can tour at their own pace, explore work from several of the region’s home builders, discover new ideas in architecture and interior design, and even earn chances to win more than $2,500 in prizes along the way.

For Redknot, it is also an opportunity to welcome you inside two completed homes at Pottebaum Point and experience firsthand what makes this hillside community overlooking Cincinnati so special.

The 2026 Luxe Living Home Tour takes place over three consecutive weekends:

September 18–20
September 25–27
October 2–4

Tour hours are 12:00–6:00 p.m. each day.

Admission to the home tour is free, and no advance registration is required. The experience is self-guided, so you can visit the homes in whatever order works best for you and spend your afternoon exploring Northern Kentucky at your own pace.

Start With Redknot at Pottebaum Point

If you’re planning your route, we hope you’ll make Pottebaum Point in Dayton, Kentucky one of your first stops.

Tucked into the hillside less than three miles from downtown Cincinnati, Pottebaum Point is a private 19-homesite Redknot community designed around one of its most defining features: the view. The neighborhood pairs quick access to downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with skyline views, private-drive living, elevator-ready home designs, and walkability to downtown Bellevue.

During Luxe Living, visitors can step inside two Redknot homes at Pottebaum Point, both of which are available for purchase.

952 Walnut Street | Redknot Homes

952 Walnut Street, Dayton, KY

This contemporary three-story home was designed to take full advantage of the Cincinnati skyline, with views from every level.

Inside, an open living floor connects a chef’s kitchen with Bosch appliances and custom cabinetry to flexible dining, gathering, and work-from-home spaces. The private main-level primary suite creates a quiet retreat, while the rooftop deck—with an outdoor kitchen and Coyote grill—turns the skyline into the backdrop for everyday living and entertaining.

980 Walnut Street | Redknot Homes

Just down the street, 980 Walnut offers a completely different interpretation of skyline living.

The four-level home positions every bedroom to capture the cityscape through expansive cornerless windows. A private primary level includes an oversized walk-in closet, while the upper living level brings together the kitchen, dining area, and great room before opening onto a large covered deck overlooking Cincinnati.

3 Bedrooms | 4 Levels | Covered Skyline Deck

Touring the homes in person is the best way to experience the details that are difficult to capture in photos—the views, the flow between spaces, the finishes, and the way each home was designed around how someone will actually live there.

Download the Luxe Living Home Tour App Before You Go

Before heading out, download the official Luxe Living Home Tour App.

The app serves as your guide to the tour and helps you navigate between participating homes. More importantly, it turns the tour into an interactive experience.

As you visit the featured homes and participating sponsor stations, you can check in through the app to earn points. The more points you collect, the more opportunities you have to win prizes.

The app is recommended for the best tour experience and is required if you want to participate in the prize program.

eight Homes. Check In. Win Prizes.

Cincinnati Magazine is giving away more than $2,500 in prizes throughout the Luxe Living Home Tour.

Every time you check in at a featured home or participating sponsor station, you’ll collect points and increase your opportunities to win. Prizes will be awarded to top point earners, while random drawings mean you can still win regardless of where you finish on the leaderboard.

Prizes include home furnishings and décor offers, tickets to local events, restaurant gift certificates, and other giveaways.

And there are two larger Grand Prize packages:

Grand Prize #1: Designer jewelry, a $500 Watson’s gift card, and more.

Grand Prize #2: A designer handbag, a $500 Watson’s gift card, and more.

So if you’re visiting the homes anyway, don’t forget to check in through the app at every stop.

Kick Things Off at the Luxe Living Preview Party

Before the official home tour begins, Cincinnati Magazine will host the Luxe Living Preview Party on:

Wednesday, September 16
6:00–8:30 p.m.
Ovation Plaza | 123 W. 4th Street, Newport, KY

The ticketed preview event includes local food, signature craft cocktails, a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres, live music, professional photos, swag bags, and an advance look inside one of the tour’s $1 million-plus homes.

Preview Party tickets are $50 per person. The Preview Party is separate from the home tour itself, which remains free.

Come See What’s Possible

One of the best parts of a home tour is seeing ideas move beyond plans, samples, and inspiration boards and into real spaces.

You can experience how different builders approach architecture and design, see new materials and finishes in person, and discover details you may want to incorporate into a future home of your own.

And when you arrive at Pottebaum Point, we hope you’ll spend a little extra time with us.

Walk through 952 Walnut Street and 980 Walnut Street. Step onto the decks. Take in the Cincinnati skyline. Pay attention to how the rooms connect and how each home uses its setting differently.

At Redknot, we believe a remarkable home starts long before construction—with thoughtful design, clear decisions, and a plan built around how you actually want to live.

The Luxe Living Home Tour is your chance to see the result.

We’ll see you at Pottebaum Point.
